Trade Description: Professional Use - Fluorinated Heat Transfer Fluid used in manufacturing
Country of Origin: China
OVERVIEW
TMC-7200 is a fluorinated engineered fluid based on HFE-7200 chemistry (ethoxy-nonafluorobutane), designed for advanced industrial applications requiring precision cleaning, fast drying, and stable thermal performance.
The fluid offers comparable physical and chemical properties to Novec™ 7200, including a controlled boiling point (~76–77°C), low viscosity, low surface tension, and excellent dielectric strength. These characteristics make it ideal for applications where residue-free cleaning, electrical insulation, and efficient heat transfer are critical.
TMC-7200 provides strong solvency for removing oils, grease, flux residues, and contaminants from sensitive electronic components and precision assemblies. Its low surface tension ensures deep penetration into complex geometries, enabling effective and uniform cleaning.
The fluid is widely used in vapor degreasing systems, immersion cleaning processes, and thermal management applications across industries such as electronics manufacturing, semiconductor processing, aerospace, and precision engineering.
With low toxicity, non-flammable properties, and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP), TMC-7200 complies with modern environmental and safety standards, making it suitable for global industrial use.
TMC-7200 is supplied for OEM and industrial applications, supporting both prototype development and large-scale production requirements.
