OVERVIEW

Galden® D02 PFPE Electronic Reliability Testing Fluid is a high-performance fluorinated dielectric liquid designed for precision electronic testing and thermal management applications. As part of the Galden® PFPE family, it offers excellent chemical inertness, thermal stability, and compatibility with sensitive electronic components.

This fluid is widely used in electronic reliability testing processes such as thermal shock testing and hermetic seal evaluation, along with heat transfer and vapor phase applications. Its non-reactive nature makes it suitable for immersion cooling and demanding industrial environments where consistent thermal performance and material compatibility are critical.

Typical applications include semiconductor manufacturing processes (wafer etching and ion implantation), radar and communication equipment, power electronics, transformers, power supplies, chillers, cooling systems, freeze dryers, and specialized industrial processes requiring stable fluorinated heat transfer fluids.
