AD-7200 Fluorinated Engineering Fluid is a high-performance replacement / alternative for 3M™ Novec™ 7200, offering similar chemistry and physical properties for precision cleaning, vapor degreasing, and heat transfer applications.
AD-7200 is a high-purity fluorinated engineered fluid based on HFE-7200 chemistry (ethoxy-nonafluorobutane), developed for advanced industrial cleaning and thermal management applications.
It offers comparable performance to Novec™ 7200, including a stable boiling point (~76–77°C), low viscosity, low surface tension, and excellent dielectric properties. These characteristics make it highly effective for applications requiring fast evaporation, residue-free cleaning, and safe use around sensitive electronic components.
AD-7200 provides strong solvency for removing oils, grease, flux residues, and fine contaminants from complex assemblies and precision components. Its low surface tension ensures deep penetration into tight spaces, improving cleaning efficiency and consistency.
The fluid is widely used in vapor degreasing systems, immersion cleaning processes, and heat transfer applications across industries such as electronics manufacturing, semiconductor processing, aerospace, medical devices, and precision engineering.
With non-flammable behavior, low toxicity, and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP), AD-7200 meets modern environmental and safety standards. It is suitable for global industrial use where regulatory compliance and performance reliability are critical.
AD-7200 is supplied for OEM and industrial applications, supporting both small-scale operations and high-volume manufacturing.
