Novec™ 7200 replacement fluids are high-performance fluorinated engineered liquids designed for precision cleaning, vapor degreasing, and heat transfer applications across industrial and electronics manufacturing environments.
These fluids are based on HFE-7200 chemistry (ethoxy-nonafluorobutane) and offer comparable physical and chemical properties, including controlled boiling point (~76–77°C), low surface tension, low viscosity, and excellent dielectric strength. This makes them ideal for applications requiring fast drying, residue-free cleaning, and electrical insulation.
Replacement options such as TMC-7200, AD-7200, and PFE-20 provide similar performance in terms of thermal stability, material compatibility, and cleaning efficiency. These fluids are widely used in removing oils, flux residues, and contaminants from sensitive components and assemblies.
